Malaxers (Thermal-mixers) for the homogenization of olive paste

Manufactured in stainless steel, the Malaxer (Thermal-mixer) is designed for the best possible preparation of olive paste prior to oil extraction.

Designed on such a way that the olive paste is forced 4 ways through four separate treatment chambers to ensure the complete homogenization.

The design ensures a constant level within all the compartments and total evacuation of the paste is enabled by means of a valve located at the bottom of the malaxer (thermal-mixer).
