As harvesting has just begun here in Andalucia, we are currently filming the Betica 800 in action.
Our client has given us permission to record his extraction process using the fruit harvested from his 16,000 olive trees on his estate in Andalucia.
This will show the the two phase process, firstly the pneumatic milling of the olives by the hammer mill, the temperature controlled malaxer (between 22 and 23 degrees - to ensure maximum quality) mixing the paste and the bulk injection of the pomace to the centrifugal decanter (at a speed of 3200 rpm) until his award winning extra virgin oil is pumped to his bodega.
We guarantee production rate of 800 KG per hour! something other manufacturers cannot do, this equates to a possible production rate of 18,000 to 19,000 KG per day and over 1,000,000 Kg during any normal sixty day harvesting period!
The process is then completed using our filtration and bottling systems, to prepare the oil for sale.
The equipment can be operated by a single person and is completely automatic.
